SMART Charts is a web-based, EMR-agnostic platform that automates rehabilitation documentation and standardizes data to visualize progress in speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

This project applies graph community detection to clinical and cohort medication data to identify co-prescribed drug groups and relate them to health outcomes in aging.
