This initiative proposes applying machine learning (e.g., deep learning, random forests) to All of Us datasets that include genotypes, inflammatory and pathological biomarkers, lifestyle behaviors, and socioenvironmental variables. The aim is to discover individualized AD/ADRD risk profiles and support early detection and tailored prevention strategies, with attention to underrepresented populations and equitable access.
