Navigation Solutions LLC proposes to compare in-clinic and at-home gait measurements in older adults at risk for falls. Building on prior work with inertial measurement units (IMUs) and machine learning, the study examines two-minute walk tests across settings, analyzes how balance impairment affects differences, and explores multi-day variability to predict balance impairment. Findings are intended to inform more frequent, real-world assessments that reflect daily task demands and could be integrated into clinical workflows.
