This work develops AI-enabled mmWave sensing to measure pulse transit time (PTT) at multiple arterial locations using one radar, combining seismocardiography, ballistocardiography, and peripheral displacement. Adaptive beamforming and neural models extract pulse features to enable cuff-less blood pressure estimation and arterial stiffness tracking. The goal is accessible, privacy-preserving, contactless monitoring for older adults, including those at risk for AD.
