The project introduces LookAlikes, an interactive web program where participants verbally describe target images viewed on a phone, tablet, or computer. AI generates an image from the description and computes a Similarity Score against the original, creating a game-like cycle that trains cognitive flexibility and tracks domains affected in Alzheimer’s disease. The approach personalizes exercises, aims to increase adherence, and has potential to support clinical decision-making.
